The Abbotsford warehouse has been converted into the ultimate man cave with a spaceman mural.
A Maccas mogul has listed an inner Melbourne man cave used to showcase his impressive car and motorcycle collection with a whopping $8.5m price tag.
The Abbotsford converted warehouse will no doubt have motoring enthusiasts lovin’ it thanks to the jaw-dropping bar and an interior street art mural depicting an astronaut floating in space.
Adding to the wow factor is the $100,000-plus worth of imported marble throughout and a steam room.

The 1175sq m property’s online listing states that it has undergone a massive rebuild and refurbishment costing more than $2m, across the past 12 months.
Records show the site is held in the name of a company directed by McDonald’s franchisee, whose family owns several of the takeaway outlets across Melbourne.
And records also reveal the owner spent more than $6m to acquire the warehouse, before embarking on his multimillion-dollar upgrade, in 2023.
The marble-fitted bar wouldn’t be out of place in a nightclub.
In addition to cars and motorbikes, large sculptures and even a mini Eiffel Tower decorate the space.
There’s even more marble in the bathroom.
The man cave features a $110,000 zoned heating, ventilation and airconditioning (HVAC) system, plus new roller doors, 27 security cameras, and upgraded electrics and plumbing.
Marketing materials state the site would be ideal to house a car collection or art installation, or serve as a showroom or private sanctuary.
It could potentially be redeveloped to stand seven to nine storeys tall, pending planning approval.
The owner’s father opened a McDonald’s in Melbourne’s northeast back in the 1970s.
At the time, it was one of only a handful of Maccas’ franchises in Victoria.
In the 1990s, the dad handed the business over to his son who grew the empire to more than 10 restaurants across Melbourne.
An outdoor area to enjoy the sunshine.
The converted warehouse could also be used for an art installation or gallery.
It’s giving Batcave and Fast and Furious vibes.
Stonebridge Property Group’s Max Warren, Dylan Kilner and Chao Zhang have the listing, along with KYPA Property’s George Kypriotis.
Expressions of interest close at 2pm on June 4.
