Hospitality king Justin Hemmes’ latest $16m acquisition has been revealed and it’s sure to lead to questions over his next big plan.
Hospitality billionaire Justin Hemmes has expanded his property footprint in Sydney’s inner-ring. He’s spent $16,225,000 on a freestanding Burrows Rd warehouse.
The 2,295sq m warehouse holding, that overlooks the Alexandra Canal in Alexandria, was sold by the Argyrou family, who’d paid $4,246,000 in 2014.
Hemmes has nearby property including The Alex, which he bought in 2016 for $10m when it was the Alexandria Hotel.
